Forgot to say, the idle speed goes up and down by it's self, is there a link to all of this?

o2 sensors are very important to 3 cyl motor geo and they dont allways trip the check engine light thats were I would start

My 94 metro convertible started getting about 25 mpg. Turned out the brakes were dragging, which was not always apparent.Have not resolved the problem with the brakes. The brakes do not always release completely hydraulically. If they do start dragging I blead them off at the cylinder. Even if I drive only using the emergency brake for stopping they get applied and won't release. Problem is intermittant. Have bled all for wheels and also flushed out old fluid. This brake problem is driving me nuts. Slate
