I have replaced 2 alternators in the last 6 months in a 90 Geo metro, & now I think the 3rd one is gone now too. It has a new battery. What can be causing these to keep going out? The battery light has never come in all I get is a dead battery.

have you had the old alternators checked to be sure they are bad? If the old alternators are not bad and the battery keeps going dead you could have aproblem with your terminal wires. In other word the alternator is working but the voltage has no way to get to the battery. Check all cables and contacts to and from battery. Hope this helps.
