I have a 94 GEO Tracker that idles at 1700 RPM. Sometimes may go up to 2000 RPM. I put it in drive and it drops to 1200.

my 1990 geo metro engine vibrates a lot after the trottle drops
also bucking when in low gear.
do you know where I can find the service manual?

more than likely a vacume leak or a shot pc valve

I had the same problem on my 92 Metro. it turned out to be the timimg belt was going bad and slipping. Replace it before it breaks, which could cause serious valve and or cylinder damage.
