98 chevy astro keeps blowing wheel cylinders...help!!!

I have a 1998 chevy astro it keeps blowing wheel cylinders... this is the third time it has been replaced and it always fails on the passenger rear wheel.... any ideas wut the issue is or how i can deal with it any help would be awesome ( the wheel cylinder starts to push oput properly the ppushes past the brake shoes and blows its seal... is the somethin missin that holds it in place???)
