Beside the cold air and warm exh. creating condensation you should keep a very close eye on the coolant level. If you are loosing coolant (antifreeze) then have the intake or head(most likely of the 2) gaskets checked. Yes it's an expensive fix so cross your fingers. Also check the color of your exhaust and smell, this can tell you a lot.

MY 1999 FORD WINDSTAR , 3.0 LITRE, V6..FRONT WHEEL DRIVE IS THROWING WATER OUT THE EXHAUST... IT IS IDLING ROUGH... TODAY AFTER DRIVING 100 PLUS MILES , THE TEMP. GUAGE WENT TO THE HOT POSITION AND THEN WENT RIGHT BACK DOWN TO THE SAFE ZONE ...IT STARTED IDLING ROUGH AFTER THAT...WHEN I GOT HOME I LOOKED UNDER THE HOOD ...THE OVERFLOW WAS SMOKING AND HAD VERY LITTLE ANTIFREEZE IN IT ...SO I LEFT IT RUNNING AND ADDED ANTIFREEZE...I THEN REPLACED THE THERMOSTAT AND NOW IT IS SMOKING SO BAD I CAN'T SEE BEHIND ME. I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE DICKENS IT COULD BE...ACTUALLY THIS IS A QUESTION NOT A REPLY
