# 1 Igation Coil wont fire?

1995 Ford Windstar 3.8L..The # 1 coil will not fire..All plugs and wires check out good. The Ignation coil was replaced..The Ignation Modual checks out ok..Whats going on that the #1 coil wont fire but the #6 will?
