Car stopped running but would restart after sitting for about 15 min. Then it would restart and run till it warmed up and would stop this repeated the third time then it has not started since. The distribuator was replaced but it still has no spark. We have attempted to have it checked and no one can tell us what we need to correct the problem, they just want to keep replacing parts. This is a 1993 probe gt with 52000 actual miles on it. anyone have a answer please e-mail ron1937@gmail.com

Hey - Ever get that spark problem figured out on the 93 probe?

I have the identical problem and checked every single thing. Get juice everywhere and all components check in specs. I previously installed GM Module externally and it worked perfectly for 4 months. Now it has no spark and the module checks out fine with the auto parts houses equipment.

I previously pulled codes of CK1 and Both O2 sensors. I checked CK1 At crank and it's good, I got no codes after I cleared them. I diconnected ck1 and cranked. This gave me the code 2 only. I cleared and reconnected and no codes anymore but still no spark!

hi i have a 97 ford probe and the timing belt broke so i replaced it and now i have no spark can eny one tell me what i have to do to fix it
