Surging Problem

The vehicle surges in first gear and some in 2nd gear. It mainly occures when engaging the clutch but does it at constant idle in 1st and 2nd gears. It only does it while moving forward, not in reverse. Checked air flow meter, timing belt placement, distributer and all engine mounts and all were fine. Don't know what to do???

check your gear oil, how the carbs float is it to high to low, any vac leaks
