Ford-Fairmont - Flooding Carb

1979 Fairmont Station Wagon, 3.3L, Six, Auto. Carburetor is extremely flooding. I rebuilt with kit, set float, the whole deal, but no improvement. Fuel pump checks OK. This thing is actually making puddles of fuel in the intake manifold... After I remove the carb you can look right into the manifold and see the fuel. any ideas?
