injector timing?

my 99 f350 seems to go out of time every once and a while. when first started it runs good then it kind of pops or misfires[timing goes out?] then if you shut down and restart some times it runs great or right back to crap.

already changed cam pos sensor, ecu, and there are no trouble codes coming up.thinking injector drive modual. please help its been 3 years
