Horn location

I have a 2005 F-250. I am trying to find the location of the horn because it does not work. I hear the relay click when I press the horn.

I have an 1999 and it is located just above the front passenger wheel well. To access it I had to take the fender off.

I have a 1998 f250 the hors has stopped working and i believe that the fuse is the cause. however, I have no manuel and dont seem to know which fuse it is.
