High Pressure Oil Pump Replacement on a 2000 Powerstroke 7.3

I just changed the high pressure oil pump on my 2000 F-250 powerstroke 7.3 but still do not start. I filled the diesel's deposit (Where the filter is) and have enough oil. Any Ideas?
