Engine stall and horn honks

Horn would honk three times if any door was openned with the engine running. Then engine missed while driving then died in low speed approaching a stop. Replaced fuel filter 4 mo ago.

My 2001 Ford F250 Super Duty (GAS) truck stalls when I pull up to a stop sign or just after I start it up. When I'm driving down the road it runs fine. Any Ideas?
