Electrical problems

I replaced the batteries in my 2000 F250 Diesel. It starts and runs fine, but the gauges on the instrument panel don't work and when I rev the engine up and let off the door locks go up and down. Sounds like a ground came loose, but i don't see a ground that I pulled loose when the batteries were replaced. Any ideas?
