My 2003 F250 6.0 is coughing under load lead blows pipe off going to intercooler have had at to the shop 7 times in 12 months for the same problem and they can't seem to fix it

can anyone help

Hi - I have the same problem with my truck here in France, am the only one in the country. Have you found any solutions to this problem? If so care to share?!?

I have a 2003 F250 6.0 diesel also. I have what sounds like the same problem under load..."coughing." 70 mph uphill in overdrive, I loose boost for just a moment every 5 seconds or so. I can see it on my boost gage as well as feel it and see a puff of exhaust smoke. Typically, the boost level is between 10 to 20 pounds. Now, I have crank position sensor problems which might be related.
