2008 F250 Super Duty temporarily smokes

My 2008 F250 super duty will blow white smoke for a few minutes and quit. I bought this truck in 2/08 and it has only happened a 3 or 4 times. I heard there was a recall, but come up empty. Even through the dealers.

mine also does that smokes a fair amount i wonder why?
