I am having the same problem. I changed the Multi function switch on the steering column and the low beams worked for a while and now they are out again. I am also having problems with the door locks, door ajar light and also the radio stays on and will not go off automatically. My next step is to remove the multi function switch on the steering column and check all of the wiring and make sure there is no wear through the insulation that could be causing it to go to ground and cause the lights not to work. If you have gotten an answer please let me know what the fix was.
