no power to tow pigtail for stop lights, turn signals and/or hazard flashers. could this be a

relay problem?

7.3 starter engages without key on, melted down both solenoids, replaced did it again.

I found that there are two different places for the rear lights. One under the dash and one under the hood. The hood was where I found the blown fuse for the rear lights.
