my blower fan switch on dash stopped working on all settings. (2004 Ford F150).

Unhook the positive cable on your battery and let the computer reset , thats should get it going, sometimes the flutter switch gets stuck, so to get heat just let the defroster pump once it resets

My blower motor only works on setting 4... 1, 2 and 3 do not work at all.

The blower fan on my 2001 F 150 only works on 1, 3 and 4. Any reason the #2 position won't work? Is it switch or motor related?
