both power outlets and cigar lighter don't work... fuse is Ok...Help Please

Yeah, I have has that problem before, you pretty much have to take out your ash tray to get access into your dash then, locate where your power outlets run in. Test them for power, and if you have no power then try and trace back the wires for the cigarette lighter, they should be black and blue wires, that connect into your lighter and power port... Hope I helped Justin.

p.s. If all else fails makes sure that the wires are plugged in snugly.
