Is SportTrak An SUV or is it considered a Truck?

HOA's and POA's are having a hard time figuring it out! Need an Official ruling; lawyers's fees at stake!

It is ford explorer with a pickup bed. It is not based on the the ranger platform. Where you may be screwed is in the license plate department. In California, anything with a pickup bed no matter how small or useless get commercial plates. You can park in loading zones for example with commercial plates. Ford defines it as an suv, California would more likely define it as a pickup truck. Check what type of plates you have for it in your state.

An easy way to settle it as a suv is to go to ford's web site. It is listed under the suv drop down.
