DRLs on 2009 Sport Trac Disable

Hello..

How would I disable the DRLs on the 2009 model year. A dealer told me they had to put it onto a computer to reconfigure the module. Isn't there just a fuse or ? on or near the module under the hood. Speaking of which, please guide me to that module lcoation, many thanks. The manual shows no fuse for the DRLs in the main fuse box... T.
