Cargo bed tie down cleats

Don't own a Sport Track, but want to buy a set of tie down cleats that the local Ford dealer says are all built-in as part of the cap rails (?) of the cargo bed. Can anybody tell me exactly what those parts are called, so I can try to buy a set from a salvage yard. Don't need the top edges that cover the top of the cargo bed - They won't fit my Nissan, but I want the cleats to modify to fit my truck, bcause I like the external tie-down cleats.
