Ford Explorer Alarm with Dead Keyfob

My Keyfob for the alarm, lock-unlock has gone bad. Now when I open the 1999 Explorer, the alarm sounds. How do I start the truck and kill the alarm with out the key fob of the keyless entry code. This key does have the electroic chip inside it.
