the pad on the door? or the remote button? go to fordexplorerforums.com much more info there. The code for the door pad is located on a little sticker inside the jack compartment. gotta have a flashlight and mirror to see the numbers

My 99 ford explorer door actuaters are going nuts. I cannot get them to stop. I do not have a after market alarm on the vehicle. The battery seems to be fine. The dealership says that I might have water in the system? We keep the vehicle in the garage. Do you have any solutions?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone might have just the rubber button pad from a 1998 Ford Taurus keyless entry remote. Maybe from a broken remote? I am on a limited income I'm trying to save money. And my remote works fine except one of the buttons tore off. Thanks for your time and consideration! Sincerely, Kenneth Bayes

I have a 2002 Ford Explore that the power door locks keep locking and unlocking on its own. I have removed the battery from the remote no help. I have disconnected the battery for 5 minutes no help. I have exercised both door lock/unlock switches and still no help. I tried to find the power door lock fuse so i can remove it and just roll manual till i can figure it out but i didn't see it listed in the manual. Can anyone please advise me on where i can go to next?
