1999 Forrd explorer 4.0 SOHC is rough when cold and will not stay runnung til it warms up. Had diagnostics ran, replaced O2 sensor that was bad. Still having problem

I too had this problem. I cleaned my MAF sensor located off the air cleaner. this worked. I used tuner cleaner from radio shack. you can't use anything that will leave a residue. be careful it is fragile. you will see the car start better in the cold and will idle better.
