I just bought this vehicle, and I have no idea how to make the keyless entry work. Can anyone help me?

You have to get the factory assigned code before you can do anything to it at all.

When I set my alarm by the remote the horn beeps twice and the dash displays that there is a door open. No doors are open and my interior light stays on for a long period of time (10min.) before it goes off, normally it is 2-3 min. The automatic door lock on the driver side works 50% of the time.Any ideas out there?

You can find that code if you open the compartment in the rear on the left side where the bottle jack for youe truck was stowed when it came from the factory. The code is on your keyless entry computer. It is located all the way in the front way on top of your left rear wheel well. It sholud be a four dig. code like 4123 . it will be on the outside of the computer. It might be hard to see the unit from the opening, you might need a light. once you locate the conputer the code will be on a label outside of it. I have hade to remove the left rear panel rigt behind the rear driver's side door on occasion because the computer's location was moved further foward during the production run. HOPE THIS HELPS GOOD LUCK!!!!!
