1997 Ford Explorer camshaft alignment

Due to timing chain problems, I took the Exp apart, replaced the tensioners etc. Now I need to put it back together and my manual is no help. Are there alignment marks and if so, where are they? If not, how do I align? Looking at taking valve cover off?

Can timing chains be installed without the use of special tools on 4 liter single overhead cam v-6 e engine
