2006 Ford Expedition air conditioner blows hot air

I am a home health and hospice nurse and I do quite a bit of driving every day, approx up 100 miles daily, and I am constantly using my air conditioning. My air conditioner has been working great all summer with temps outside in the high 90's. One day it just started blowing warm to hot air, this is after it had sat all night. Please help, it is miserable driving around all day in this extreme heat. Thank you. Jana Pugh

My 2000 Ford Taurus did the same thing the other day. The ac still works, , but is being overrode by the hot air. Anyone have any answers?? Thank you.. Jay

I have a 97 expidition and had the heat and air problem.I found a fix at heatertreater.net.They sell a fix .The dealer charges about $1500 to fix it.Worked for me.$120.00 Good look
