2004 Ford Escape - Tow Package Issues

I installed a trailer Wiring Harness on my '04 Escape. The only lights on the trailer that work are the tail lights. NO turn signal or break lights.

The trailer works fine on another car, so it's not the trailer. I checked the factory plug for power and only had power on one prong...(which would be the tail lights) I've read that others have had this exact same issue and they upgraded the "Flasher" but I'm not sure how to do this. Any help would be great. thanks!
