need to know fan relay # on 96 contour

I own a used 1996 ford contour. It runs hot just below red. The radiator fan does not come on but it does work when I hotwired it. Under the hood is the fuse/relay box. I'm looking for which relay controls the radiator fan. They are numbered 1-11.

MY cooling fan comes on and stay on right after i start my car and i replace the temperature sensor and all the other sensors that work with the cooling fan when i plugged it up to the obd monitor

it said p0117 temperature sensor running weak, does that mean the harness is bad?

it means that your CTS (coolant temp sensor) is probably coated with tarnish, replacing it should solve your p0117 issue.
