Ford-Contour -
NO lights

I have a 96 ford contour that has no head light or tail lights working. new switch, no blown fuses or relayes, but still no lights. maybe a ground but none of the fuses are blown so it cant be that.

You might have an eletrical short I have same problem with tail lights
