hi i have a 1988 ford bronco 2 on the way home tonight my car started running rough . in drive it ran ok but when i came to a stop it started to sputter untill i gave it some gas then when i got home o put it in park turned everything off but the engine and it still ran like crap

this is the only car i have and i need help to find the prob fast i would greatly take any advice seriously thanks alot

i had a Bronco 2, when it ran rough it was the Electric ignition...fuel pump/filter, piston rings worn fouling plugs use hotter plug, but clean all electric conections to Fuel injectors, smog valves also can be repaired, make sure Gas cap can breathe.

undo the battery for about 15 mins then re-connect it will re-set computer on board

I have a 86 BII the lasy time mine started do'n the exact same thing you described, , I took the air?idle control off and give ita shot of barb cleaner, stuck it back on and had no more problems til July 4th done it again and I did the same thing again and it'll prolly do great again fer another 3-4 months..I hope......
