Anyone who owns a bronco II, I am considering purchasing one in the future. What kind of fuel millage do you get with one with a 5 speed manual transmission?

When i turn my heater on in my 85 Bronco 2 overdrive a strange vapor type smoke comes out why? Thanks everyone
