radio ground

how do you ground the radio for an 04 stratus because i keep blowing fuses and its pissing me off. I'm trying to install a kd-r200 jvc radio, i brought the wiring harness and hooked it up and I keep blowing fuses, i don't know if it's just the radio or the grounds , if it is the grounds how do i ground it out
