Dodge-Stratus - pcm and asd fuse problem

Well, my 2000 dodge stratus which has a 2.4L in it won't start. So I checked the fuel pump to see if it was working and it wasn't. Than i figured it out it wasn't getting no power to the rear of the vehicle. I checked the pcm and asd fuse under the hood which is the 20 amp and it was blown. I had another 20 amp fuse and when I made contact it also blew. So that's my dilemma !

Hey i have a 95 stratus and i had the same problem but i tested all the lines and found that the starter was trying to crank but it was trying to pull over 100AMPS!!! this will blow any fuse that has to do with the solenoid be it number 5 under the hod pcm asd i know it by heart. Try replacing the starter with a used one to start and i bet that will solve your problem.
