Horrible Squeaking

My '94 Spirit runs fine, but if I've driven a while, then as soon as I get onto residential streets and slow down, my front axel squeaks a lot. Is it just the axel boot, or is there something else that I should get taken care of? I've never heard of this problem only at low speeds.
