1988 Dodge Raider Fuel Problem

I have a 1988 Dodge Raider, four cylinder as far as I can tell it is all stock. If you leave it sit for say overnight (eight to ten hours) it will not start. Engine turns over fine, fast no drag on starter, just will not start. Pump foot feed as much as you want, still will not start. Prime it with a tablespoon or so of gas and it fires right up and runs great, starts all day any time. Leave it sit overnight, no start. I have checked for vacuum leaks, changed in line fuel filters twice, fuel pummp twice, rebuilt the carb, checked and made sure auto choke is working, still no start. Any ideas??
