Radio Fuse for 2005 Grand Caravan

Radio and cigarette lighter have stopped working. I suspect the fuse but the manual offers no guidance. Does anyone know the location of this fuse ?

I have had this fuse blown, didn't see exactly where my mechanic changed it, but it was under the roof, toward the window and on the drivers side....

But, my fuse was blown 3 times in three weeks, I think I have a short too...keeps going out for no reason..it is real bummer when you are used the DVD for the kids for long trips.

I have the same problem...radio died. No clock, either. My hubby checked all the fuses and said that wasn't it. Help!
