Dodge-Grand Caravan -
Power Windows, Wipers, Blowers work off and on??

I have a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan. Just recently the front heat blower will only work on high, but the back blowers work. Now my windshield wipers work off and on and same with my power windows. I noticed yesterday that my cell phone wasnt getting a good charge in the car anymore. When I park the car in the garage, I smell something burning?? The power lock on the slider door works on and off, but the rest of the locks work?? Today, the heater wouldnt blow at all until I was driving for about 15 minutes and then they finally came on. Brrrrr, it's 10 degrees here. Help!! What's going on???

I have very similar issues with my 2003 Grand Caravan. The front and rear blowers only work on high. My heat kicks on after about 15 minutes of driving. My windsheild wipers are very erratic. Does anyone know what the fix is?

could be the fan resistor pack in the glove compartment
