Dodge-Grand Caravan -
ABS light shuts everything down

98 dodge caravan. My ABS light comes on and everything else shuts down, all cluster instruments, cruise etc. As soon as the light goes out, everything comes back on. Any ideas? Is it a relay, it's not a loose wire, as nothing causes it to come on like a bump in the road.....
