2007 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN (BLOWER SPEED)

My BLOWER will not work on high in the front of the van but works fine in the back, what could the problem be? Also when I apply the brakes the whole van shakes, what could that be caused by? The van only has 29000 Kms.
