2006 Dodge Caravan dash lights

I just purchased a used 2006 Grand Caravan and have two questions that I hope someone will answer for me. There is a small light on the overhead console that is supposed to illuminate the cup holder area; the light is there and dims as it should, but does not provide much light. My question is: is there supposed to some sort of lens to focus the light?

Secondly, should the control for the power windows be illuminated (arrows)? I had a 2000 voyager and believe they were on that vehicle.

Dodge.com was no help and suggested I take it to a dealer, but I did not purchase it from the local dealership and doubt if they would be willing to help me.

Sorry, I meant to say the control was for the power mirrors, not windows.
