2005 Grand Caravan Instruments, break lights turn signals

I Recently had a tow hitch and wireing installed. I just hooked my trailer up and drove around all day. At the end of the day i noticed that none of my gauges were working or my turning signals or my breaklights...

After some searching online I've seen 2 things... 1) reset the IOD by removing the fuse for 20-30 min

2) could be the Central Timing Modual

Anyone else have this issue?
