Dodge-Grand Caravan - 2003 Grand Caravan - both front power windows quit working

On a 2003 Grand Caravan - both power windows stopped working at the same time. Removed door panel on driver's side but cannot see anything obvious. Should I be looking at the switch or both motors? Seems coincidnetal they would both go bad at the same time, unless due to a problem through the common switch or such...Thank you!

Both of my front windows on my 2003 Grand Caravan slowed and eventually stopped. The drivers window regulator (the whole assembly, not just the motor) needed to be replaced and I bought both sides, because the passenger side will eventually go. The part was quite easy to install with a bit of automotive knowledge, and the Hayes manual helps too. You need to take the inner skin off, and the door speaker, disconnect the window regulator and remove the glass through the top of the door. Remove the old motor and assembly, and pop the new one in. Re-attach everything and clean up the glass, but don't forget to connect the power lock wire harness, or you have to take the skin off again (oops :) ). There is a dust/water sheild that you have to pull off, and I just re-attached it with some silicone.Good luck
