2001 Grand caravan dueal climate control

I own a 2001 Grand Caravan. When I turn on the a/c on the pass and drivers. The drivers side does not swich to a/c from heat. Took the lower dash apart and motor for pass side is swiching to a/c but no switching noise from the drivers side. if some one could e-mail me a solution it would be nice.
