Can anyone tell me the physical location of the "Check engine" reset button? Also the physical location of the flasher in a 1990 Dynasty?

Your '90' Dodge should have the same type of flasher as a GM so look under the dash @ the steering column for a silver looking cannister with a 2 wire plug in. Have you checked your emergency flasher lights? Do they work?

ONce you look under the dash you may see 2 silver cans. One is the flasher and the other is the t/signal. Xchange them to see which is which and you can do a temp switch until you can replace the bad one.

Since you have the olde type of computer control

system you will probably need to unhook the battery for @ 10 minutes so your computer will re-set. If I still had a book I'd tell you how look for the reason for the light. Here are 2 things to look at: A dirty or missing air cleaner and a dirty oil filter. IF the oil and/or air cleaner are dirty you should change them. You may also need a new catalyc converter or your O2 sensor could be bad or your map sensor or mass sensor could be bad. It's really hard to tell on an older car. Good Luck!
