2009 DAKOTA at 75 mph a beep limiter start...

Hi, I've just buy a '09 dakota. When I drive on the Hyghway around 75 mph (120 km/h in Switzerland) a sound from a Beeper start and they stop when I go below 75 mph.

It's possible to eliminate or raise this limiter?
