Where is the radio fuse on a 2005 dodge caravan

radio will not work door locks will not work

when you trun on the key the speedomder and the tac

go all the way over then back

Insert key into ignition. I believe that it is left in off postion. Press and hold trip button until all is reset. You will see the speedometer reset itself.
