| Transmission goes into "neutral" while drivingHello! Have a 91 Caravan AWD with 90k miles that has transmission issues. Trans was rebuilt 65k ago, now it acts like it is put into neutral while driving, and it needs to be stopped and restarted to work again. When it fails, a buzzing noise like a spring loaded pawl against a gear. The noise varies with engine speed, even in park or neutral. Is there a pump drive mechanism that is slipping? |
